Light Box

Recycled plexiglass, some 1x1 boards, a desk light and I am in business~!  I have been working on this quilt since 2008.  Has it really been that long?

I am in the process of creating a corner motif and some designs along the edge. and have designed a pattern on paper that is hidden under the fabric.  No peaking yet . . .

This is tedious work and makes my back tired because it is so huge--120 x 120.  I have another quilt on the frame.  So, I quilt for awhile, and then come back to this job.

Here is the center of the quilt a year ago.

Two more customer quilts and I can put this on the frame.  I can't wait!!
