Minky + Minky

Wow, what a cuddly little blanket this made.  My client sewed 2 pieces of Furry long-pile Minky wrong side out, then turned it and closed up the hole.

I sewed an 1.5 inch border around the edges with my Bernina to stabilize the two layers.  That also gave me an edge to attach my clamps.

I did a simple large meander and boy is it soft, cuddly!

You melt into it like sinking into a cloud.  

Her little grandson is going to love it~
