Oh my gosh, this should be called "The Cutest Moose Quilt Ever!"
I hope my client had as much fun sewing this top as I did quilting!
Most of the quilting doesn't really show from the front, but I wanted to share a close up of this perfect fabric.
I kept it organic with wavy lines and a leafy freehand border.
Some of the circles are little vignettes, fancy cut from the moose fabric.
Back here on the Minkee side, it's pretty windy around the moose . . .
There is a row of freehand pine trees growing right out of the rick rack.
Under the rick rack, I used a section of "Bear, Moose and Pines" by Debra Geissler.
What a fun little quilt . . . front and back!
What a delightful quilt. Nice job on the quilting.
ReplyDeleteOh my! That is just the most awesome little quilt!
